Finding the right therapist to assist in one’s emotional health is just as important as finding the right doctor to improve one’s physical health. Please feel free to contact me for a free “Get Acquainted” interview or with any questions that you might use to determine if my services are right for you.”
“I am a Christian. In order to be healthy, we must be healthy in mind, body and spirit. If you are facing difficulties in your life, and these difficulties have you tired, depressed, and desiring more from your life than what you may be experiencing, I can help. More About Me

I have been a Licensed  Professional  Counselor in the Fort Worth area for a long time. I spent many years as a counselor at The Family Place in Dallas, dealing with women caught in domestic violence. I have also helped children and teens deal with their emotional struggles through a grant with the Mansfield schools. The presence of God in my life is what motivates my every move. I believe in a holistic approach to health. Health involves the entirety of who we are– mind, body, and spirit.

On a more personal note, I have three children, who live in DFW– a son and 2 daughters. My oldest has two sons, ages 14 and 11. They are my only grandkids.

I grew up in Dallas, raised my family in Arlington, and absolutely love being a part of the Fort Worth community. I volunteer my time doing grief groups at The Warm Place, and helping to create Braille Bibles that are distributed free of charge.

Thank you for considering my services as you journey to find the right professional to assist you.
